Rotary E-Club of Global Trekkers featured front page news in The Piedmont. Our Club used district funds to help stock food pantries. North Carolina is the 10th hungriest state in the nation. Almost 1 in 5 children in North Carolina faces hunger on a regular basis (24.6%). Over 15% of our seven county service area faces food insecurity. That's over a quarter of a million people.
